My client a reputable and established professional membership body is currently searching for a Senior Project Executive to support their transformation e-assessment project within their engagement and learning directorate.
Successful delivery of a project work stream to transition all examinations to a new electronic assessment platform (E-Assessment).
Successfully develop and transition six traditional examinations to an Objective Based Test (OBT) model, which can be fully machine marked.
Managing and coordinating with other project team members, external suppliers, subject matter experts and key personnel to ensure the project is delivered to schedule and budget.
Identifying, reporting and managing project risks and issues.
Supporting the Project Manager during the implementation of an E-Assessment platform and objective based testing.
Transitioning the E-Assessment platform and objective based assessments into business as usual
Experience within a professional body or higher education provider, ideally in a role directly related to the delivery of examinations.
Excellent relationship management skills including sensitivity to the conflicting demands expected of our self-employed contractors and internal colleagues.
Experience of educational assessment process and methodology in an organization of similar complexity.
Knowledge of objective based testing in higher education Ability to work independently and part of a small team.
Ability to work in a flexible, proactive way, supporting colleagues across the team as necessary. Ability to deliver cross functional process transformation.
Discreet and diplomatic in the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure at times.
A high standard of organisational skills including the ability to work effectively to achieve tight deadlines. Strong communication skills.
Experience of delivering Objective Based tests.
Evidence of commitment to professional development.
Working with volunteers.
