Our client a leading, reputable and well-regarded Financial Services Membership Body is currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to deliver the member account management strategy in line with engagement and retention targets and across the breadth of the organisation.

Job Purpose

To deliver the Member account management strategy in line with engagement and retention targets and across the breadth of the organisation

To broaden and deepen member engagement and communicate the value proposition effectively to the member base

To insightfully serve members and enhance the member experience

Document member insights and communicate back into the organisation to support development of our policy, operational delivery and commercial activities

Support driving commercial revenue streams by providing introductions to training, events and other products.


Duties and Responsibilities


Responsible for a portfolio of members across product and service streams.

To support Relationship Managers across the organisation to identify opportunity to broaden engagement and grow interaction across the

To attend finance events as required to broaden knowledge of the issues members face and to network

To promote best practice across tools and processes aimed at building and showcasing member value

To champion member interests both internally and in the wider business community

To help develop and build on member engagement strategy for specific member cohorts


Knowledge, Experience & Attributes Required


Broad knowledge of financial services

A degree or other equivalent, relevant qualification or experience

Stakeholder Management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A positive can-do attitude who is willing to get into the detail to develop practical answers to complex issues

Proactive and diligent with the ability to deliver to deadline and to a high standard
