Our client a leading financial services professional body is currently recruiting for a Member & Learning Executive
The role will coordinate the delivery of 200+ training dates within the Academy Public Course Programme looking at the month ahead ensuring that the communications, the delivery and the onsite experience for both trainers and delegates meets our high expectations for each training date.
This role will be supported by the Head of Programme Management and Member Programme Senior Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing and busy team; to establish best practice processes and to ensure the smooth running of the courses and client experience.
You will work closely with the Member Programme Senior Executive to identify areas for growth, this will include working across the institute and its varied member offering. One core growth element will be to explore and maximise our digital channels e.g. webinars/virtual classrooms.
The successful candidate needs to be task oriented, reliable, with great attention to detail, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be keen to build relationships with our trainers and delegates.
Prepare and deliver all learning materials for 200+ training dates per year
Manage all delegate and trainer communications
Manage all POs in accordance to Month End processes, ensuring reporting is accurate to meet business timelines
Work with the Member Programme Senior Executive to ensure that costs are well contained, highlighting any cost saving opportunities and ensuring all courses run at a profitable margin and within budget
Respond to all delegate enquiries and be the main point of contact for any trainer or delegate queries
Be a proactive member of the team identifying new growth opportunities and maximising engagement with our members
Where new opportunities come to fruition commission may be payable
Suggest new ideas and potential solutions to streamline our processes and ensure the team is proactive in all our of operations
Actively collect feedback and leads from trainers after every course and distribute to the relevant Academy teams
Evaluate delegate feedback and follow up on potential leads with the wider Academy team and trainers as appropriate
Ensure that the content library is kept up to date with all the latest training materials. Liaise with trainers to ensure updates and edits are made timeously
Build trusted relationships with trainers and delivery partners
Responsible for ensuring supplier database is accurate and up to date
Key Experience Required
Quality conscious with attention to detail
Strong project management/organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) plus experience of using databases
Good command of written and spoken English
A good standard of education
