Our client a well-respected and reputable professional body based in Lincolnshire is currently looking for a Knowledge Manager to join their friendly team on 12 Month fixed term contract initially. The role can be based at the offices or from home.
This role will be dedicated to develop such knowledge assets to support our employer learning offering an input into new product/service development where relevant. The role is accountable for the development and curation of globally relevant content and resources aligned to the Global Standard. The role includes researching/ reviewing/ writing/ commissioning and updating guidance materials to ensure the outputs meet the on-going needs of clients and relevant Learning programmes. Cross functional collaboration and working is core to this role to create innovative and compelling content assets in a variety of formats, media and for global consumption.
They need someone who has the existing skills in developing knowledge to respond to this growing need quickly and efficiently. This role will work within the Knowledge team to ensure consistency and to make sure that we develop content that will serve the needs of the membership body. Regular planning meetings will be held between various internal stakeholders - Knowledge, Business Teaching and Learning, Professional Development Team and also with the Digital team to create the plan of work.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Strong general educational qualifications
First Degree level or equivalent
Strong relationship management skills
Highly analytical and logical
Strong written skills
High level of commercial awareness
Skilled in content development - guidance materials, management
Experience of successful programme/project management
Confident and clear verbal communicator, able to present to groups
Ability to prioritise, strong time-management skills
