My client a fast growing Data and AI consultancy is looking for an IT Support Analyst to work at their Central London offices.
Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Fast Growth Organisation is seeking a logical thinker with a proactive approach to IT support and provide a 1st class customer service experience. The chosen candidate will be the first point of contact for IT support to all users across all systems, network, hardware, and software.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for all Windows 10 and Mac hardware related incidents to all staff over telephone, remote support tools, email, and face to face.
Day to day management of MS Office 365, MS Intune (end point management)
Create and maintain, Standard Laptop/Desktop builds
Network troubleshooting, investigating and remediating connectivity issues, patching and cabling problems.
Successfully and consistently handling the onboarding of new staff.
Log and track day-to-day IT issues, resolving immediately where possible and maintaining our IT helpdesk system.
Manage with Azure Active Directory
Advanced network troubleshooting – TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
Provide flexible user support when required, including out of hours coverage as the business requires
Assist with the maintaining all hardware, software and peripheral equipment within established guidelines and standards.
Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all services and arrangements.
Implementing and maintain security standards
Required Technical Skills
Microsoft 365 - Admin skills
Cloud environments – Azure/ADD/InTune
Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Any certifications will be desired – MCP/CompTIA/MCSA
2+ years’ work experience supporting desktop, laptop, and cloud technologies in a corporate environment.
High calibre individual, with exceptional levels of personal drive and eagerness for personal development.
A good understanding and working knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Administration.
Ability to prioritise their own work to deliver the best possible customer service experience
Ability to approach problem solving, with the necessary skills to resolve complex problems.
Experience working with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues and perform complex technical upgrades.
Ability to successfully complete projects within scope and budget.
Tenacious and creative problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and ability to appreciate the bigger picture.
Strong inter-personal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
