As the Director Operations you will determine opportunities or threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends and always comprehend the bigger picture and our business’ vision. Reporting up to the Senior Management Team you will responsible for identifying significant problems and exciting opportunities, analysing any problems and generating new approaches to problems or innovations to establish best practices for the organisation
Overseeing all operational activities for the organisation.
Meeting finical targets such as billing per head, operating profit, revenue earnings.
Translating strategic plans into defined operations plans and actively participate in implementing the companionship strategic priorities.
Defining operation performance objectives and reporting to the senior management team on operation activities towards business goals.
Driving continual improvements in customer service-based activities and implementing minimum viable standards across all contact with customers and establishing a culture of continuous business improvement.
Researching opportunities for waste reduction across the business operations and implementing lean management practices to free up working capital.
Exploring new technological changes within the industry and finding new technologies to improve efficiency for the business.
We are looking for an exceptional Operations Director to plan, implement and oversee all our operating systems for delivery, making our product and professional services standards and practices in increase efficiency.
You ideally will be from an engineering, fire safety, workplace controls background.
You will be results orientated, accurate and pay attention to detail. You will be able to uphold high quality standards, deliver operations strategies and lead our Operations department.
The successful candidate enjoys ownership and passionate about growing our business with a strong desire to do whatever it takes to make it happen and go the extra mile.
You will possess a high degree of professional integrity, self-discipline and have excellent attention to details. You will enjoy getting others on the same page through employee engagement and exhibit dynamism, excitement and have a positive can-do attitude.
