Ideal for a 2nd Job after education. Previous experience of course delivery, events or training is also ideal.

 

My client a leading global professional body specialising within the financial services, banking and accounting sectors is currently looking for an Academy Programme Coordinator join their team at their offices in heart of the City of London, Moorgate.

 

Working closely with Professional Development Programme Manager, this role will focus on supporting the delivery of the Academy of Professional Development In-House and Talent Programme training. Ensuring that they are delivered to plan, to budget, on time and to a high standard in order to meet the long term growth objectives for the Academy and also Commercial and Shared Services.

 

Supporting Talent Programme Delivery:

 

Supporting the trainers and wider team in providing successful workshop delivery

Collation of delegate materials and delegate packs

Managing delegate, mentor and coach contractual and financial processes (raising and GRN’ing of POs and the completion of Academy P&L)

Ensuring reporting is accurate to meet business timelines.

Management of delivery of specific Talent Programmes as required by the business

 

Supporting In-house delivery:

 

Collaborating with colleagues in the Academy Programme team in managing trainer and client contracting and invoicing processes.

Managing client and trainer contractual and financial processes (raising and GRN’ing of POs and the completion of Academy P&L)

Ensuring reporting is accurate to meet business timelines.

Supporting Programme Team with in-house professional development training

 

Delegate feedback:

 

Collation and reporting of delegate feedback to the business

Reviewing and providing feedback to the Academy trainers and programme owners as required and to monthly reporting

 

Academy Support:

 

Assisting in the creation of programme materials using defined Academy templates

Assisting in desk based research to find new speakers for dinners and Talent Programme launches and graduation ceremonies

Manage the relationship with the printers to control quality and costs

Responsible for ensuring supplier database is accurate and up to date

Work with Public Course Team and wider Academy teams to ensure Content IP Library is always accurate and up to date.

 

Key Experience Required

 

Previous experience of course delivery, events or training background is desirable

High standard of presentation and attention to detail is essential

Sufficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent communication and administration skills

Experience of working with budgets and P&Ls is desirable, but not essential

Experience of working within a commercially driven environment is desirable

Strong planning/project management skills is essential

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Highly organised, professional, methodical
